Day 1 – Salalah City Highlights

Begin with a visit to the Frankincense Land Museum (UNESCO site) at Al Baleed, showcasing the history of the ancient frankincense trade and Oman’s maritime heritage.

Drive through local fruit and vegetable plantations, with a short stop to explore fresh local produce.

Visit the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, the largest mosque in Salalah (open to non-Muslims in the morning hours).

Pass by Al Husn Palace (official residence of the Sultan) for a photo stop.

End the tour at Haffah Souk, known for frankincense and traditional Dhofari souvenirs.

Return to the hotel.
